Effects and indications

Integrates speech, breathing, arm and leg movements. By exhaling over the course of three steps and inhaling over the course of a single step, breathing becomes dynamic, and during the subsequent rest phase, it relaxes and deepens.

Contraindications

Working with texts is counterproductive as a first step in the treatment of clients suffering from tension and anxiety. In such cases, begin with Mo-Le-Le.

Severe breathing rhythm disorders.

In cases of illness, to be applied only under the guidance of certified therapists.
